Technical Project Manager

We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals who are interested in internet and database development, and enjoy working in a team environment. Applicants should be articulate, self-motivated individuals who take responsibility for their own success. Our Project Managers work closely with team members, actively encouraging them to further skills and acquire industry certifications. We have a lead by example approach and expect project managers to be involved in every aspect of a project including proposals, specifications, construction and training, as well as playing a large role in business development. Responsibilities

Write proposals, specifications, development plans, and other documentation pertinent to project development.

Plan and manage the construction process and deployment of the project.

Manage a team of developers, managing their technical and non-technical career growth.

The qualifications we are looking for are:

• 2+ years programming experience (internet and database)
• 3+ years staff management (as direct report, including writing reviews)
• 5+ years project management (software development)
• Superb communication skills (both written and spoken)

Sales Manager

We’re looking for an aggressive door opener to build and sustain productive business relationships. This position would suit a professional with an interest in leading edge technology, a professional demeanor, and strong self-direction. As Account Manager you will use your sales expertise to establish and maintain long-term relationships with key IT decision makers and other contacts within client’s organization.

Initially, your work will largely consist of lead sourcing and qualification over the telephone, followed by time spent in finding new opportunities with your customers as your book of business grows. Responsibilities

• Identify contacts in targeted organizations.
• Introduce Dirican’s services to prospects.
• Establish and conduct introductory meeting with a prospect.
• Assist a Project Manager in understanding a prospect’s application needs and organization structure.
• Coordinate the proposal writing process. Ensures the prospect’s objectives are addressed in the proposal.
• Maintain contact with the client to seek new business.

Application Developers

We are currently seeking full-time staff Application Developers and Project Managers. Our staff take responsibility for an application's complete lifecycle including working with the client, development, construction, and post-delivery support.

The qualifications we are looking for are:

• A passion for computing
• Proven aptitude in at least one programming language
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Senior Application Developer

Required background:

• 5+ years programming, must include VB
• 5+ years staff management and superb communication skills
• 2+ years experience with Access or SQL Server databases
• ASP and JAVA skills a plus

Office/Database Developer

Required background:

• 3+ years Visual Basic programming
• 2+ years experience with Access or SQL Server databases
• Experience with With or Excel automation is a plus

Web Developer

Required background:

• 2+ years Visual Basic programming
• 1+ years experience with HTML and other Internet protocols

Junior Application Developer

Required background:

• Experience with Visual Basic
• Must be able to write a program in Visual Basic
